Every PosterFactory order is carefully hand-packed using protective, eco-friendly packaging to ensure it is in perfect condition, whether you’re collecting it or having it shipped. By packaging every order to the same high standard, we ensure your prints or frames are protected, however in rare cases orders can get damaged. All deliveries are insured so if your parcel and prints arrive damaged please send us a photo of the outside of the parcel and the damaged prints with your order number and we will be in touch to arrange new prints out to you as soon possible.
Free Delivery
If you spend $99 or more, delivery is FREE within Australia and your order will shipped by Standard Road Freight with Insurance + Tracking. Estimated delivery time is 3-6 days excluding our production time.
Express Delivery – $23.95
Exprees Delivery costs $23.95. Your order will be shipped by overnight post or courier on the 2nd working day after receiving payment and approved artwork. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days excluding our production time.
Standard Delivery – $16.95
Orders less than $99 delivery costs $16.95 within Australia and will be shipped by Standard Road Freight with Insurance + Tracking.Estimated delivery time is 3-6 days excluding our production time.
International Shipping
International shipping is available for certain countries. Available destination are available by selecting an option under the Country/Region On the checkout page. For other destinations ask us for a quote.
Pick-Up – $7.95
You can choose to pick up your order. Orders will be available for pickup in the afternoon at: Unit 1 / 14-18 Chapel Street, Marrickville NSW 2204.
We charge a $7.95 for Pick-Up. This includes a handling fee to cover the preparation of your order for collection. This fee helps cover the cost of sustainable packaging materials, as well as the time our team spends individually packing, checking and preparing your order for collection.
