How to order
Ordering your prints on the PosterFactory website is simple

This is a short video on how to place an order on posterfactory.com.au
When you first land on our site you will see the main banner with a variety of people holding posters of various sizes as a guide of how large these prints are in real life.
As you scroll down the page you will see various paper categories such as:
- Fine Art Giclée Prints
- Wall Art and Photo Prints
- Specialty Fine Art
- Ready to Hang
- Display Posters (POS) and more
Each stock in the respective category will have a price, usually an A2 for comparison with other stocks, and a short description. To order a particular stock, just click on the light blue ‘View Paper’ button directly underneath or on the image. This will bring you to the order page for that stock. Alternatively, all products can also be accessed by clicking on the ‘Prints’ or the ‘Ready to Hang’ buttons on the top right hand corner. The various stocks appear under the same categories as below. Using either way will get you to the same order page.
Once you click on the desired stock and are on the order page your first option is to choose the print size. A2 is usually selected as default but you can click on any of the pre-determined sizes. These are amongst the most popular sizes and off the shelf frames can often be found to suit. The cost will update as you click on the various sizes.
If you require a print a different size to those displayed, click on the ‘Looking for a custom size print’ button below. This will allow you to enter your specific print size. The price will update when you have added the new size.
Please note that some stocks may allow a larger print size than others depending on the width of paper stock.
Our ready to Hang range only come in the standard sizes displayed.
Once your print size has been chosen you will be required to upload your artwork. Click on ‘Choose file’ and navigate to your desired image file. jpg, tif, png, pdf, zip, HEIC, txt or psd files are accepted.
If your file is ready for print click the ‘I acknowledge that my file is print ready’ check box. What is a print ready file? A print ready file has been colour and density corrected for print. It is in proportion and has sufficient resolution for the size ordered. If you are unsure, click on the link to get an brief overview of the minimum requirements. Next specify the number of prints you require for the artwork.
A couple of other options are available just beneath the Custom size button. If you wish, you may add extra paper to your print, for easier mounting and framing if needed. For the artpreneurs, you can also send a card with your order.
If you would like to add these options, it is best to first click ‘Add to cart’ for your print and come back afterwards.
After clicking on the ‘Add to Cart’ button allow a few seconds for your file to be uploaded. A larger file will take a little longer. You can update the quantities in your cart by clicking on the plus or minus button. Just click the blue update cart button afterwards.
If you would like to continue adding other items, click on the ‘Continue shopping’ button on the right above. This will usually bring you to the previous stock that you have just ordered. You can repeat this process. If you would like to order a different stock, click on the PosterFactory logo on the top left which will bring you back to the homepage from where you can select your new stock, or you can click on the chosen stock from the blue ‘Prints’ and ‘Ready to hang’ buttons on the top right.
You can view and edit your cart when ever you like by clicking on the trolley icon on the top right and selecting ‘view cart’.
To delete an item you can click the blue ‘x’ next to the items subtotal or alternatively lower the quantity to zero and click ‘update cart’.
When you have added all your required prints, you can select your preferred shipping method. You can select from Express courier or Express post, Standard Australia Post with tracking (4-10 days) or Pick up from our office.
If the value of your prints is $75 or more you receive free standard delivery or pick up.
If you have a promotional code you may enter the details and click ‘apply coupon’ now or it can be entered at checkout.
Click on ‘proceed to checkout’.

You have the option to Dropship your prints where we do not include an invoice or a PosterFactory sticker.
Proceed to fill in your billing and delivery details. There is an option to specify any production notes about your order at the bottom of the ‘Deliver to a different address’ section.
Your cart items are displayed for you to review again. Please carefully check the order before placing it as it goes straight into production. Fill in your preferred payment method. If you have received a gift card, this is where you can enter your code. Click on ‘Place order’. Now sit back as within days you will have some great looking prints.
