“I use photo montage to illustrate the growth progression of a baby bird, where I photograph the stages of its development from nestling to fledgling.”

Angela Robertson-Buchanan

“When I moved to Australia, I fell in love with the unique birdlife here. I trained as a wildlife carer, and the two naturally merged into telling stories about the plight of our birds.”

A multi-award-winning photographer, Angela’s respect for animals and nature shines through her work. She uses only natural light and spends hours building trust with the birds before photographing them. She spreads her conservation message through projects and exhibitions in Sydney and even offers workshops to aspiring wildlife photographers.
